Shipped the /glossary page with A-Z jump bar and search. Added Tabs, CalloutBlock, and Term tooltip components for MDX content.
Command-palette search dialog with keyboard navigation. In-memory search adapter indexes all docs-nav entries and tools library items.
Replaced flat header links with hover-triggered mega-dropdowns on desktop. Mobile drawer now uses accordion layout per area.
Added /docs hub pages for each area with decisions, start-here grid, and scenarios. Created /tools/library with filterable tool cards.
